Travel O Hub Holidays (“we”, “us”) operates thetravelohub.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you enquire about a holiday, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect the name, phone number, email address, destination and trip details you choose to give us. If you go on to book, we additionally collect the information required to make travel arrangements — traveller names as they appear on passports, dates of birth, passport and visa details, and payment references.
Like most websites, our server also records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited.
How we use it
- To prepare and send you a costed itinerary in response to your enquiry.
- To make bookings on your behalf with airlines, hotels, transport operators, guides and visa authorities.
- To contact you about your trip before, during and after travel.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary to deliver your trip — with the airlines, hotels, ground operators, insurers and visa authorities involved in your booking. Some of these will be outside India, because that is where you are travelling. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept while they are still live and then removed. Booking records are retained for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
