These terms apply when you book a holiday through Travel O Hub Holidays. Please read them alongside the specific itinerary and quotation we send you, which together form your contract with us.
Quotations and confirmation
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting rates per adult on twin or triple sharing, and are not a quotation. Rates vary with travel dates, availability, group size, hotel category and currency movement. A booking is confirmed only once we issue a written confirmation and the required deposit has been received.
Taxes
All prices are subject to 5% GST and 5% TCS, as applicable under Indian law at the time of invoicing.
Payments
A deposit is payable to confirm a booking, with the balance due before the date stated on your invoice. Some airfares, hotels and permits require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable from that point. We will tell you where this applies.
Passports, visas and health
You are responsible for holding a valid passport and the correct visas, permits and vaccinations for your journey. We will advise and assist with visa applications where our package includes it, but we cannot be held responsible for a visa refusal or for entry being denied.
Changes and cancellation
If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, tell us in writing as soon as possible. Charges are set out in our refund policy and by the suppliers involved. If we have to change your itinerary — for example because a supplier cancels, or because of weather, strikes or civil unrest — we will offer the nearest reasonable alternative.
Liability
We act as an agent in arranging transport, accommodation and activities supplied by third parties, and their own terms apply. We are not liable for loss, delay, injury or damage arising from causes beyond our reasonable control. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every traveller.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata have jurisdiction.
